Requirement:
As the service provider of Printing, Production and Facilities Management to Norwich Union, Williams Lea employed MJW to relocate approx 400 staff from four City Centre buildings into a newly built Office, Print and Production facility in nearby Wymondham, Norfolk.

• Design of floor plan for office and production areas to Client’s requirement
• Complete fit out of approx 10000 sq ft of office workspace
• Installation of Intelligent Storage & Filing Systems
• Supply of all office furniture, equipment, AV systems
• Phased transfer of large-scale and complex Norwich Union filing system
• Design and delivery of 4-phase Removal Schedule of staff, storage and equipment
• Set up of all Facilities contracts (office equipment, vending, cleaning, stationery, security etc)
• Decommission, clearance, sign-off and handover of 4 old NU sites to Landlords

BNP Paribas

Requirement and scope:

MJW provided management of various Facilities Projects at BNP Paribas’ headquarters in Marylebone and newly occupied office space at London Wall and Bank. Specific projects included transfer or provision of all Facilities services for the new offices at London Wall and Bank, provision and management of a large new MFD installation throughout three sites and the design, implementation and management of an inter-office courier shuttle and collection service. Contracts were also renegotiated on behalf of BNP Paribas in print and mailroom services, couriers and stationery.

Management of the uplift, storage and transfer of 400,000 files from NU offices in Sheffield to an outsourced supplier in London. Working closely with the Project team at Williams Lea’s partner, Graphic data, Bermondsey London.

ATR supply national TV viewing statistics and their considerable and complex IT systems are business critical.

MJW was therefore tasked with the sourcing and kitting out of a new Disaster Recovery site to a) mirror the IT solution at ATR Head Office in Strand, London W1 and b) provide a business continuity workspace for approx 50 people.

• Site in Chiswick sourced and landlord contracts organised
• Liaison with CEO and IT Management to design floor plans for IT requirement & business continuity
• Complete refurbishment and fit out of approx 2500 sq ft of office workspace
• Upgrade and additional power installed
• Working with ATR IT Team to set up Comms Room Hub
